Flow Monitoring

Keep an eye on unexplained water consumption with our Flow monitoring service.

Our flow monitoring service gives you the reassurance that high flow rates (potential leaks) can be identified immediately; it will also allow you to benchmark your consumption and put in measures to reduce your usage.

Over half of our flow monitoring customers have benefited from savings by identifying unexplained water consumption, either through a leak, constantly running taps or even locating a source they never knew existed!

Flow monitoring graph

"Since the monitoring equipment was installed, our water usage at the park has reduced from 490 to 90 litres per hour. A big part of the reduction was a leak which previously we didn't know about, but was detected by the loggers, so we were able to repair it and start to reap the benefits straight away." Margaret Tudge, Park Manager, Brixham Holiday Park

With our flow monitoring service we can help your business save water, save money and benefit the environment through restricting unnecessary wastage.

Peace of mind for only £15 a month

Our five year service costs £900 and includes everything you need to give you the reassurance that you are in control of the water your business is using and not paying for unwanted loss. The service includes a 5 year warranty.

How it works

Your water meter sends a pulse to the water monitor, the pulse data represents in litres the amount of water your business is paying for - whether you are using it or not.

The data is transferred to a secure website where you’ll be able to monitor your water consumption on our online portal. You can then track your water usage and identify any potential leaks quickly and efficiently.

"The flow monitor is an integral element of our water management plan." Chris Piper, Energy Utilities and Operations Manager

Trends are presented in graphs for a quick and effective summary. You’ll be able to see straight away if there’s a steady flow 24 hours a day when really there should be periods of hardly any use (usually in the early hours of the morning).
